Who are the course instructors?
Our course instructors are certified professionals with extensive experience in emergency response and healthcare. They are dedicated to providing relatable and experienced guidance to our students.
Do I need prior medical experience to take a course?
Not at all! Our courses are designed for all skill levels, including complete beginners. We use clear, easy-to-follow instruction and hands-on practice to ensure everyone feels confident by the end of the course.
Can I speak with an advisor before enrolling?
Yes, you can consult with an advisor before enrolling in any of our courses. Our advisors are available to address your questions and provide guidance on choosing the right training program for your needs.
Is the training WSIB approved?
Yes. Our training meets Ontario WSIB (Workplace Safety and Insurance Board) standards.
Can I book a private class?
Absolutely. Private sessions are available for individuals or small groups. Contact us for availability.
What do I need to bring to class?
Just bring yourself and wear comfortable clothing—you’ll be practicing on the floor. We provide all course materials and equipment.
What are the available payment options?
We offer flexible payment plans to accommodate our students' needs. Our team can assist you in selecting the payment plan that best suits your budget and requirements.
How long is the course?
Course length depends on the type:

CPR-A or C: 3–6 hours

Emergency First Aid with CPR/AED: 6.5 hours (1 day)

Standard First Aid with CPR/AED: 13 hours (2 days)
We also offer blended learning options (part online, part in-person).
What if I need to cancel or reschedule?
We understand things come up. We offer flexible rescheduling options—just give us at least 48 hours' notice.

All certifications are valid for 3 years and meet WSIB and provincial requirements.
Do you offer group or on-site training?
Yes! We offer on-site training for workplaces, schools, and organizations. We can customize content and schedule to meet your group’s needs.
When will I receive my certification card?
Certificates are typically issued immediately after course completion or within 24 hours by email. Paper certificates available upon request prior to start date of course.
